"Today I had a amazing experience I went to order a coffee and a wrap. I have to say they have staff that have a amazing costumer service. They welcomed me with a smile and even called my name for the order. It made my day to see how the staff here are so friendly. The store was clean and look really tidy and the food was fantastic I really loved my experience and recommend my friends and family to come and enjoy it as well."

"It is very busy during peak hours and it seems like some days they could use an extra person. Overall the service is generally really good here, they haven't messed up an order yet when I've gone in person! I'd give Tim Hortons 5* if they brought back some older menu items like the barley soup bread bowl for example and if they focused more on the coffee, seating could be a bit more comfortable but hey, it's Tim Hortons! The coffee seems watered down and sometimes burnt, I often get espresso added just so it tastes/feels like a coffee. Either way still a fan!"

"I’d like to mention how much I love the Blackburn team. They always brighten my day, the service is wonderful, and the food is consistently great. I enjoy coming back again and again. I usually stop by around 5am on both weekdays and weekends for my coffee and breakfast. The young lady who often serves me is always so kind—one time I even forgot to scan my points, and she reminded me so I wouldn’t miss out. I believe her name is Varinder"

"My wife and I go to this Tim's all the time. The service is excellent even when it gets busy in the morning. They have an incredible team who work together very well. The staff have come to know us as "regulars" and they give us a home feeling when we go in. One of the staff members, Varinder is especially fast, courteous and always greets us with a smile, she make our day. My wife and I highly recommend this location largely due to the cleanliness speed and especially the staff!"

"There are so many people! I was expecting to wait quite a long time. That wasn't the case at all! I got both my burgers done to perfection. It was extremely fast service and they were very polite!"
